Amanda and Jimmy's Wedding at the Van Wezel { Sarasota Wedding Photography }

Talk about being behind on blogging, I am now officially a blogging slacker.  I have 3 weddings and 2 portrait sessions to post.   I do have some exciting news... I have been hired to teach photography at Ringling College of Art + Design in the fall!  I am so honored to be given this opportunity, and I think it will be lots of fun to be involved in a community of artists again.

Amanda and Jimmy at the Van Wezel...  If you are looking for a fun place to get ready downtown- Hotel Indigo  is crisp clean and makes for really colorful images.  

The ceremony took place over looking the bay...




Some of the pretty details...  I loved the idea they had to have their guests sign a baseball bat.  I keep seeing more and more creative alternatives to the standard guest book.





Amanda and Jimmy planned a surprise dance for everyone, they had some fancy moves...




Okay ladies... can your men do this?  I can assure you mine can't.


So here is the secret, you have to come from an entire family of dancers.
